Terms of Use

Products can be purchased at any time while stocks last. The site owner reserves the right to discontinue marketing/selling paintings at any given time and to revoke purchasing rights on the sales site at her discretion. Product availability and prices may be updated from time to time. If a purchase is not completed, the site owner does not commit to maintaining the shopping cart and/or the original price until the purchase is completed at a later date.

Intellectual Property
The content and products appearing on the site are intended for private and personal use only, and any commercial use without obtaining prior written consent from the site owner is prohibited. It is forbidden to copy, publish, distribute, duplicate, modify, process, sell, publicly display, in whole and/or any part of the site and/or its content, or perform any action, directly or indirectly, that constitutes infringement or violation of the site owner's intellectual property, without obtaining prior written consent from the site owner.

Warranty and Product Return Policy
An original painting order can be canceled or modified by contacting the site owner only (through the contact details on the site) and not through the site itself, up to 14 days from the product purchase date.
The customer is not allowed to exchange or return a product whose original packaging has been opened.
A printed painting order (on canvas or glass) can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours from the time of purchase. Exchange or cancellation is not possible when personal customization has been made for the customer.
Due to the nature of the order, there may be cases where the colors viewed on screen differ from the colors received by the customer. Of course, any possible differences are minor and depend on screen quality and similar factors - in such cases, we will not replace the product and will ensure that any differences are minimal.

Warranty

Product packaging and shipping are done by a professional party and are not the responsibility of the site owner. However, if a product is received with a manufacturing/shipping defect, the customer must provide proof that the defect was not caused by them. The site owner must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product (through the contact details on the site), and the site owner will make every effort to compensate the customer.

Transaction Terms

Paintings ordered from the site or from the site owner with personal customization cannot be canceled in accordance with Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation) 2010. Therefore, no monetary refund will be given, and any changes will incur additional costs.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for an original painting from the site or a printed painting within Israel's borders is up to 15 business days and outside Israel's borders up to 45 business days. Delivery time for a painting made with personal customization for the customer is 45 business days within Israel's borders and 60 business days outside Israel's borders.

 

Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable to these terms is Israeli law only. Jurisdiction for any matter and dispute is given exclusively to the competent courts in the Northern District.
